1. Approve enclosed:

the exhaustive list of procedures in the field of construction of linear subjects to water supply and water disposal;

the exhaustive list of procedures in the field of construction of facilities of water supply and water disposal, except for linear objects;

Rules of modification of the exhaustive list of procedures in the field of construction of linear subjects to water supply and water disposal and the exhaustive list of procedures in the field of construction of facilities of water supply and water disposal, except for linear objects;

Rules of maintaining registers of descriptions of the procedures specified in the exhaustive list of procedures in the field of construction of linear subjects to water supply and water disposal and the exhaustive list of procedures in the field of construction of facilities of water supply and water disposal, except for linear objects.

2. To provide to the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation with participation of the interested federal executive bodies within 3 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure to the Government of the Russian Federation the approved offers on entering into the Federal Laws and regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation of the changes providing cancellation of the excessive and (or) duplicative procedures specified in exhaustive lists, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution.

3. To provide to management officials of subjects of the Russian Federation (heads of the supreme executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation) within 3 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution to the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation offers on inclusion of the procedures provided by regulatory legal acts of subjects of the Russian Federation, municipal legal acts in exhaustive lists, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution.

4. To the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation:

in a month from the date of receipt of the offers specified in Item 3 of this resolution to provide to the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with the established procedure offers on modification of exhaustive lists, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution;

provide maintaining the register of descriptions of the procedures included in the exhaustive list of procedures in the field of construction of linear subjects to water supply and water disposal, and the register of descriptions of the procedures included in the exhaustive list of procedures in the field of construction of facilities of water supply and water disposal, except for linear objects, according to Rules of maintaining registers of descriptions of the procedures specified in the exhaustive list of procedures in the field of construction of linear subjects to water supply and water disposal and the exhaustive list of procedures in the field of construction of facilities of water supply and water disposal, except for linear objects and to post the specified registers on the official site on the Internet no later than day of entry into force of Item 1 of this resolution;

till January 1, 2017 to approve form of the register of descriptions of the procedures included in the exhaustive list of procedures in the field of construction of linear subjects to water supply and water disposal, and the register of descriptions of the procedures included in the exhaustive list of procedures in the field of construction of facilities of water supply and water disposal, except for linear objects.

5. Determine that Item 1 of this resolution becomes effective after 6 months from the date of official publication of this resolution, except for Item 49 of the exhaustive list of procedures in the field of construction of linear subjects to water supply and water disposal and Item 51 of the exhaustive list of procedures in the field of construction of facilities of water supply and water disposal, except for the linear objects which are becoming effective since January 1, 2019.
