1. Item 25 of the Instruction on procedure for carrying out obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles approved by the order of the Belarusian bureau on transportation insurance of October 12, 2000 No. 27 of odes (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 111, 10/44; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 20.06. 2014, 10/187) to state in the following edition:
"25. The conclusion of the insurance contract "Green card" specified in Item 24 of this Instruction is not required concerning the vehicles belonging to diplomatic representation, representative office of the international organization, consular establishment, Chapters and the staff of these representations, the organizations and organizations, the members of their families accredited in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus with diplomatic (consular) registration signs of the Republic of Belarus. At the same time such insurance contract can be signed at the request of these persons.".
2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
