1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2000 No. 47 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for calculation of the average earnings kept in cases, stipulated by the legislation" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 44, 8/3382; 2006, No. 60, 8/14276; 2008, No. 248, 8/19571; No. 291, 8/19883; 2009, No. 162, 8/21112; 2010, No. 94, 8/22152; 2011, No. 62, 8/23700; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 30.04.2013, 8/27435; 29.06. 2013, 8/27650; 24:07. 2014, 8/28908) following changes:
1.1. from the name and Item 1 of the word", kept in cases, stipulated by the legislation" to exclude;
1.2. To be reworded as follows the instruction about procedure for calculation of the average earnings kept in cases, stipulated by the legislation approved by this resolution it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2017.
