Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of questions of temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 8, 2016 No. 376 "Some questions of the Ministry of questions of temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 51, the Art. 1802, No. 101, the Art. 3310), changes which are applied.

1. To state paragraph two of Item 1 in the following edition:
"MVOT is principal organ in system of the central executive bodies which provides forming and realizes state policy concerning temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions and temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol (further - temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine).".
2. In Item 3:
1) in subitem 1:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and the population, on them living which ultimate goal is their integration into single constitutional space of Ukraine;";
third to exclude the paragraph;
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Internally displaced persons from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, assistance of realization of their rights and freedoms and creation of conditions for voluntary return of such persons to the abandoned residence (reintegration) or integration at the new place of residence in Ukraine;";
