Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2003 "About assistance of employment of the population" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2003, No. 8, Art. 467; 2005, No. 12, Art. 650; 2007, No. 7, Art. 687; 2008, No. 12, h 2, Art. 1006; 2011, No. 6, Art. 437) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 16:

"The authorized state body in the field of social insurance and pensions has the right to exercise control of target expenditure of the financial resources allocated from the budget of social insurance and pensions to state bodies of employment of the population, to require submission of the report on their use.".
