About modification of the Regulations on procedure of payments, charges and payments of charges of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits and Regulations on procedure for maintaining the register of members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item 10 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for implementation of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About simplification of procedures of reorganization and capitalization of banks" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure of payments, charges and payments of charges in Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 2, 2012 No. 1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2012 for No. 1273/21585 (with changes), the following changes:

 The Section III to add 1) with new Item of the following content:

"12. In case of adoption by the National Bank of Ukraine of the decision on withdrawal of the banking license at bank which stops the activities according to the procedure the stipulated in Article 2 Laws of Ukraine "About simplification of procedures of reorganization and capitalization of banks", such bank shall calculate, add regular collection in Fund for the period from the date of, the end of the last settlement period following behind day, about one the day preceding day of withdrawal of the banking license and to pay it in Fund in day of such response.";
