About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2016 No. 45
Based on subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867 "About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food" the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2016 No. 45 "About approval of some regulatory legal acts in the field of quarantine of plants" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 21.02. 2017, 8/31787) following changes:
1.1. in the Instruction about procedure for conducting quarantine phytosanitary examination of the quarantine products approved by this resolution:
in paragraph six of Item 2 of the word "about quarantine phytosanitary condition of quarantine products" shall be replaced with words "quarantine phytosanitary examination";
to state the name of Chapter 3 in the following edition:
"CHAPTER 3 PROCEDURE FOR ISSUE OF THE CONCLUSION OF QUARANTINE PHYTOSANITARY EXAMINATION";
in Item 15 of the word "about quarantine phytosanitary condition of quarantine products" shall be replaced with words "quarantine phytosanitary examination";
in Item 16 of the word "about quarantine phytosanitary condition of quarantine products" and "goes by mail" to replace respectively with words of "quarantine phytosanitary examination" and "is issued";
in Item 17, paragraph one of Item 18 and Item 19 of the word "about quarantine phytosanitary condition of quarantine products" shall be replaced with words "quarantine phytosanitary examination";
