About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Bring the following changes and amendment in some orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 25, 2015 No. 325 "About approval of Rules of use of reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2015, Art. No. 27-28, 168):
in the Rules of use of reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies approved by the specified resolution:
add with Item 13-1 of the following content:
"13-1. Financing of expenses from extraordinary reserve on the actions for liquidation of emergency situations of social, natural and technogenic nature provided by resolutions according to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan or local executive bodies can be performed by authorized bodies on budget implementation in process of representation by administrators of budget programs of the proving documents according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
state Item 44 in the following edition:
"44. The administrators of budget programs receiving the money allocated from reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies shall provide following the results of year the report on their use, amounts and cost of the performed works respectively in central or local authorized bodies on budget implementation.";
