About modification of the "Rules of the organization of paid social jobs" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 24, 2002 No. 84

For the purpose of ensuring execution of subitem 1.1.3 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About unemployment insurance" of June 30, 2017" of August 5, 2017 No. 1569, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 765-VQ:

1. Make the following changes to the "Rules of the organization of paid social jobs" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 24, 2002 No. 84 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 5, Article 321; 2008, No. 2, Article 130; 2011, No. 2, Article 157, No. 5, Article 449):

1.1. in Item 1.3 after words of "job seekers of work" to add with the words "or unemployed";

1.2. in Item 2.7:

1.2.1. in the second offer of the first part of the word "unemployment benefit (pension)" shall be replaced with words "insurance payment for unemployment";

1.2.2. in the second part "labor law" to add with words ", unemployment insurance" and to exclude from the specified part ", and also the right to unemployment benefit";

1.3. in Item 3.1 of the word of "attraction of financial resources of the government budget" shall be replaced with words "the sources specified in article 21 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About unemployment insurance";

1.4. cancel Item 3.2;

1.5. in Item 3.3 of the word "In Attraction Cases for Accomplishment of Social Jobs of Means of the Government Budget" shall be replaced with words "at the expense of the sources specified in article 21 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About unemployment insurance";
