About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus
Based on part nine of article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 "About provision of pensions" and subitem 7.1.14 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589 "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in appendix to the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of November 19, 2007 No. 148 "About approval of form of the certificate of earnings for calculation of pension" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 301, 8/17589; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 03.06. 2017, 8/32086) following changes and amendment:
shall be replaced with words the words "L. S." "M.P. *";
add appendix with the interlinear note of the following content:

state Item 7 in the following edition:
"7. The certificate of earnings is certified by the sign and seal of the employer, organization which has stored documents of financial accounting, accounting (financial) records. At the same time the certificate of earnings can not be confirmed by seal in cases if it is issued by the employer or the organization which according to legal acts have the right not to use seal. The certificate of earnings of the house worker is certified by the signature of the employer and seal of the local executive and administrative organ which registered the employment contract of physical person with the worker.".
