Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Item 7 Corrected registration of objects in the state register of the hazardous production facilities approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 24, 1998 No. 1371 "About registration of objects in the state register of hazardous production facilities" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 48, Art. 5938; 2013, No. 24, Art. 3009; 2014, No. 34, Art. 4673; 2016, No. 51, of the Art. 7390) to state in the following edition:

"7. The object exception of the state register is made based on the statement (except for the case provided by the paragraph the fifth this Item) operating its organization or the individual entrepreneur on paper or in electronic form, signed by the strengthened qualified signature, federal executive body or State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" in cases:

liquidations of object or its conclusion from operation;

losses by object of the signs of danger specified in appendix 1 to the Federal Law "About Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities";

the change of criteria of reference of objects provided by regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation to category of hazardous production facilities or requirements to identification of hazardous production facilities.
