About entering of amendments and changes into some Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 105, 5/9328; 2005, No. 107, 5/16228; 2006, No. 132, 5/22754; No. 207, 5/24361; 2008, No. 66, 5/27291; 2010, No. 118, 5/31768; 2011, No. 133, 5/34822; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.02. 2013, 5/36850; 13:03. 2014, 5/38534; 12:07. 2014, 5/39091; 26.07. 2016, 5/42387; 09:01. 2018, 5/44660):
1.1.1. to add subitem 3.13 of Item 3 with words ", investment funds";
1.1.2. in item 4:
exclude subitem 4.25;
add Item with subitem 4.28-1 of the following content:
"4.28-1. exercises control of compliance with law in the field of activities with precious metals and gemstones;";
state subitem 4.54 in the following edition:
"4.54. performs:
control of observance by insurance companies and insurance brokers of the legislation regulating insurance activity;
supervision of activities of insurance companies and insurance brokers;";
