About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2016 No. 345 and recognition voided separate resolutions and structural element of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the State program of development of transport complex of the Republic of Belarus for 2016-2020 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2016 No. 345 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 07.05. 2016, 5/42042; 22:01. 2017, 5/43213), following changes and amendment:

1.1. in Chapter 4:

in part one of the word "65, 6 trillion rubles" shall be replaced with words "6, 87 billion rubles";

the second to state part in the following edition:

"On financing of actions of subprogrammes of the State program it is required:

the subprogramme 1 - 1451, 5 million rubles;

the subprogramme 2 - 3803, 7 million rubles;

the subprogramme 3 - 111, 9 million rubles;

the subprogramme 4 - 1502, 6 million rubles.";

1.2. in Chapter 8 part two:

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"preserving passenger turnover at the level of at least 91 percent;";

word in paragraph five of "51 percent" shall be replaced with words "percent 51,2";

1.3. in Chapter 9:

"The planned financial resources on implementation of the subprogramme 1 constitute 1451, 5 million rubles. development of infrastructure and updating of railway vehicles of rail transport, increase in efficiency of use of material and non-material resources - 1203, 5 million rubles, including 95, 7 million rubles - from means of the republican budget, 983, 5 million rubles - credit resources and 124, 3 million rubles - own means of contractors of actions.";

To financing of construction and upgrade (repair) of communications of urban electric transportation it is planned to direct 298, 9 million rubles, subway lines - 1326, to 8 million rubles.

For development and reconstruction of technological maintenance base, repair and storage of buses, trolleybuses and trams it is planned to allocate 25, 9 million rubles.

On construction and reconstruction (repair) of passenger terminals 8 million rubles are necessary 45,.";

in part nine of the word "8965, 4 billion rubles" shall be replaced with words "896, 5 million rubles";

1.6. in Chapter 15 part three:

"The total amount of financing of the planned actions according to appendix 5 to the State program will constitute 111, 9 million rubles, including means of the republican budget - 86, 33 million rubles, own means of contractors of actions - 9, 7 million rubles, own means of customers (off-budget centralized investment fund of the Ministry of Transport and Communications) - 5, 84 million rubles, other sources (means of the investor) - 10 million rubles.";
