According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 9, 2018 the No. UP-5296 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of Activities of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:
1. Make changes to the Regulations on procedure for change of the size of the authorized capital, shareholding structure, the name and the location, registration of changes and amendments in the charter of bank approved by Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on November 9, 1998 No. 426 (рег. No. 573 of December 19, 1998), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
