1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

the fourth Item 5 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"control of compliance with law about the national social insurance, supervision of compliance with law about work and about labor protection;";

state subitem 6.16 in the following edition:
"6.16. exercises control of correctness of application in the organizations of lists of the productions, works, professions, positions and indicators granting pension entitlement on age for work with special working conditions and professional pension insurance and also behind quality of carrying out certification of workplaces under the terms of work;";
state subitem 6.49 in the following edition:
"6.49. will organize control of compliance with law about the national social insurance, supervision of compliance with law about work and about labor protection;";
exclude subitem 6.57-2;
