About modification of Item 2 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 10, 1996 No. 437 "About measures for strengthening of social support of families with children"

1. Take into consideration that self-government institutions of citizens can be in exceptional cases formed in hard and mountainous areas with the population less than 500 inhabitants, but at least 100 families.
2. The second offer of the third paragraph of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 10, 1996 No. 437 "About measures for strengthening of social support of families with children" (1996, No. 12, the Art. 35) to exclude the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan fulfillment of requirements of this resolution within the approved parameters of budgets of the respective areas for 2018, and since 2019 to consider in case of their forming, proceeding from requirements of this resolution.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov and the first deputy chairman of Republican council on coordination of activities of self-government institutions of citizens Sh. S. Zhavlonov.
