About modification of the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 23, 2014 No. 280 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 60, Art. 1652; 2017, No. 41, Art. 1278, No. 86 of the Art. 2609), following changes:
in item 4:
" (further - the register of insured persons)" to add the subitem 5 after words with the words "and as a part of the specified register-the register of payers of insurance premiums in solidary system of obligatory national pension insurance";
subitem 6 in paragraph five the word "the documents "submitted" shall be replaced with words submitted for award of pension and";
in subitem 8-1 - Ministry of Finance to replace the word with the word "GFS";
in the second offer of the paragraph of the ninth Item 10 of the word of "two thirds" to replace with the word "half".
