Article 22 to add 1) with Item 6 of the following content:

"6. Permission to ship radio station is terminated by the federal executive body performing functions on control and supervision in the field of mass media, mass communications, information technologies and communication, extrajudicially on the following bases:

the statement of the shipowner - person operating the vessel on its own behalf irrespective of whether it is owner of the vessel or uses it on other legal cause to which permission to ship radio station was issued;

loss by the swimming right vessel under National flag of the Russian Federation;

expiration of permission to ship radio station if this term was not prolonged in accordance with the established procedure.

In the presence in the documents submitted by the applicant, the doubtful or distorted information which influenced decision making about issue of permission to ship radio station, the federal executive body performing functions on control and supervision in the field of mass media, mass communications, information technologies and the bonds having the right to take a legal action with the requirement about cancellation of permission to ship radio station.";

"For solutions on allocation of strips of radio frequencies and decisions on assignment (appointment) of radio frequencies or radio-frequency channels for which not fixed term of action, to establish effective period till December 31, 2019.".
