1. This Procedure and general terms establish requirements to the procedure of carrying out tenders on receipt of special permission to use of oil-and-gas subsoil (further - tenders) and general criterions of determination of their winners.
2. The organization of carrying out tenders is performed by specially authorized central executive body for geological studying and ensuring rational use of subsoil which places in the Uryadovy Kuryer newspaper the publication about carrying out tender with indication of deadline of submission of requests, the address to which documents, phone for reference are accepted.
