1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 12, 2011 No. 1049 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out tender by determination of programs (projects, actions) developed by institutes of civil society for which accomplishment (realization) the financial support" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, is provided 2011, to No. 79, by Art. 2917; 2013, No. 64, Art. 2323; 2016, No. 23, Art. 919):
Item 2 of the resolution to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:
"Announce competitions by determination of programs (projects, actions) of national and patriotic education developed by institutes of civil society for which accomplishment (realization) in 2018 support at the expense of budgetary funds, without the terms determined by items 4 and 22 Procedures is provided. At the same time the term of adoption of competitive offers shall not be less than 20 days from the date of the announcement of tender.";
Item 16 of the Procedure approved by the specified resolution after the paragraph of third to add 2) with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Protection of the competitive offer is performed in state language.".
