About introduction of amendments to some acts of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Instruction about compensation payments to the military personnel of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, to persons, dismissed from service in Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, and to members of their families, approved by the order of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine of December 6, 2017 No. 419, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 02, 2018 at No. 9/31461, the following changes:

Paragraph two of Item 2 of the Section II to state 1) in the following edition:

"For receipt of monetary compensation for the sublease (employment) of premises the military personnel constitutes the official report addressed to the head of the structural unit (person fulfilling its duties, positions), chiefs of 7 and 8 services of 1 management 2 departments 55 Center, the rector of Institute of SVRU in case of purpose of monetary compensation. The official report is approved previously by legal and financial divisions.";

2) in the Section IV:

in paragraph seven of the subitem 2 of Item 3 of the word "and transportation of personal property, provided by this Item" to exclude;
