About approval of the Instruction about compensation payments to the military personnel of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, to persons, dismissed from service in Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, and to members of their families

According to the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure of compensation payments to the military personnel of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, to persons, dismissed from service in Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, and I order to members of their families:

1. Approve the Instruction about compensation payments to the military personnel of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, to persons, dismissed from service in Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, and to members of their families.

2. Declare invalid the order of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine of July 16, 2009 No. 141 "About approval of the Instruction about compensation payments to the military personnel and employees of personnel structure of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, to persons, dismissed from service in Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, and to members of their families", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 12, 2009 for No. 950/16966.

3. To provide to legal management together with Financial and economic management of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To inform the staff of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine of the order.
