1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of February 10, 2016 No. 67 "About some questions of implementation of activities in the Forex curb market" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 05.03. 2016, 8/30722) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in subitem 2.3 of Item 2:
the fourth and fifth to exclude paragraphs;
to consider the paragraph of the sixth the paragraph the fourth;
1.2. to add appendix to this resolution with Items 40 and 41 of the following content:
"40. The Swiss service on supervision of the financial market (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority), the Swiss Confederation.
41. Australian commission on securities and investments (Australian Securities and Investments Commission), Australian Union.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
