1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 973 "Questions of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 127, 5/22692; 2010, No. 81, 5/31539; No. 210, 5/32368; 2011, No. 73, 5/34027; No. 131, 5/34788; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 29.01.2013, 5/36822; 03:04. 2013, 5/37075; 03:07. 2013, 5/37495; 15:04. 2014, 5/38697; 18:12. 2014, 5/39848; 11:08. 2015, 5/40897; 30.01. 2016, 5/41629; 17:03. 2016, 5/41809; 08:09. 2016, 5/42570) following changes and amendment:
1.1. in Item 2 of figure "13" to replace with figures "11";
1.2. in Regulations on the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
to state subitem 4.4 of item 4 in the following edition:
"4.4. ensuring functioning of National system of technical regulation and standardization of the Republic of Belarus and National system of confirmation of conformity of the Republic of Belarus in the field of architectural, town-planning and construction activities;";
in Item 5:
state subitem 5.10 in the following edition:
"5.10. exercises control of activities of the organizations entering its system by means of regulation of their activities and realization of powers of the owner with efficiency analysis of work of the organizations entering its system and development of offers on its increase;";
in subitem 5.32 of the word "systems of technical regulation, standardization, certification," shall be replaced with words confirmation of conformity and accreditations "National system of technical regulation and standardization of the Republic of Belarus, National system of confirmation of conformity of the Republic of Belarus, the National accreditation system of the Republic of Belarus";
from subitem 5.35 of the word "exercises in accordance with the established procedure control of compliance with law" to exclude;
add Item 6 with subitem 6.21 of the following content:
