About some questions of the Ministry of Health
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446 "About some questions of the Ministry of Health and measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 123, 5/34683; 2012, No. 10, 5/35099; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.07. 2012, 5/35958; 25.01. 2014, 5/38331; 27.11. 2014, 5/39731; 07:04. 2015, 5/40349; 26.03. 2016, 5/41858; 29.12. 2016, 5/43118) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
from Item 2 of the word"," to exclude department with the rights of the legal entity;
to add subitem 4.3 of item 4 with words ", implementation of the state control (supervision) of compliance with law in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population, and also international legal acts constituting the regulatory legal base of the Customs union and the Common economic space, and (or) the acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union including the technical regulations of the Customs union, Eurasian Economic Union containing sanitary and epidemiologic, hygienic requirements and procedures";
the fifth Item 7 to exclude the paragraph;
in Item 8:
state subitem 8.2 in the following edition:
"8.2. takes measures for quality excellence of delivery of health care, conducting medical examinations, exercises control, quality evaluation of delivery of health care, conducting medical examinations, determines procedure for their implementation and establishes quality criterions of delivery of health care and conducting medical examinations;";
in subitem 8.85:
