For the purpose of the organization of effective investment of pension assets, according to article 17 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About investment of means for financing of investment part of the state pension on the national social insurance in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the regulatory legal acts regulating process of investment of means of pension accruals in the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 19, 2015 No. 590 the following changes:
- to state appendix 2 to the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
- to state appendix 3 to the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
