Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 141, 5/22781; 2008, No. 66, 5/27291; 2010, No. 210, 5/32368; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.04. 2016, 5/41917) following changes:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
in Item 5:
exclude subitem 5.21;
state subitem 5.22 in the following edition:
"5.22. exercises control of activities of the organizations which are a part of the system of Ministry of Transport by means of regulation of their activities and realization of powers of the owner with efficiency analysis of work of these organizations and development of offers on its increase;";
exclude subitems 5.64-4 and 5.64-5;
in Item 7:
to exclude the paragraph of the eighth;
the ninth to consider the paragraph the paragraph the eighth;
7, the 18 and 20 appendices to this Provision to exclude Items;
