About modification of the Regulations on form and content of settlement documents

According to the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of reduction in compliance with requirements of the Tax code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About application of registrars of settlement transactions in the field of trade of public catering and services" and enhancement of the regulatory legal acts connected using registrars of settlement transactions, I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Regulations on form and content of settlement documents approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 21, 2016 No. 13, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 11, 2016 for No. 220/28350, such changes:

Item 2 of the Section II after the paragraph of the seventh to add 1) with the new paragraph the eighth the following content:

"Code of commodity subcategory of UKT foreign trade activities (it is specified in the cases provided by the current legislation);".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the eighth - to consider the sixteenth respectively paragraphs the ninth - the seventeenth;

Item 2 of the Section III after the paragraph of the seventh to add 2) with the new paragraph the eighth the following content:
