About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fertility of lands"

Being guided by Items 11 and 13 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie decides Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic:

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fertility of lands" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 3, Article 128) to make the following changes:

1. At the end of the seventh paragraph of the first part of Article to replace 1 point with semicolon and to add with the eighth paragraph of the following content:

"sowing grounds - agricultural holdings which are provided for crops according to purpose and legal regime of lands.".

2. Add Article 9 with the second part of the following content:

"It is forbidden to burn out sowing grounds.".
