In pursuance of the paragraph of third Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" we ORDER to No. 731:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine, Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 3, 2015 No. 493/688 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out calculations for natural gas, heat supply and the electric power", No. 1007/27452 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 19, 2015.

2. To provide to department of economy and finance of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine Karp G. V.
