About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather state support of combatants, persons with disability owing to war and their children for receipt of professional and higher education

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 45, Art. 425 with subsequent changes):

in part seven of Article 12 of the word and figure "specified in Item 19 parts one of article 6 of this Law" to exclude, and after the words "before the expiration" to add with words "such children";

to add part one of Article 13 with Item 28 of the following content:

"28) the right to the state target support for obtaining by them and their children of professional and higher education in the state and utility educational institutions, stipulated in Article the 12th this Law for combatants and their children".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About vocational training" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 32, Art. 215; 2013, No. 52, Art. 729; 2015, No. 30, Art. 271; 2017, No. 11, Art. 104):

in Article 41 of the word and figures "according to Item" shall be replaced with words 19 parts one of Article 6 "persons with disability owing to war it agrees", and after the words "before the expiration" to add with words "such children";

in Article 44-1:

the name after words of "combatants" to add with words "persons with disability owing to war";

in part one of the word and figure "according to Item" shall be replaced with words 19 parts one of Article 6 "persons with disability owing to war it agrees", and after the words "before the expiration" to add with words "such children".
