1. In parts two and third Item 10 of the Regulations on procedure for determination of the list of the organizations and physical persons the, including individual entrepreneurs involved in terrorist activities, appeal of the decision on inclusion of the organization, physical person, including the individual entrepreneur, in such list and considerations of other addresses of these of the organization, physical person, including the individual entrepreneur, bringing this list to data of persons performing financial transactions and body of the financial monitoring approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2014 No. 1256 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.01. 2015, 5/39958; 21:09. 2016, 5/42627), the words "settlement center of National Bank" shall be replaced with words ""Belarusian Interbank Settlement Center" open joint stock company in the corresponding case.
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2018.
