About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 21, 2009 No. 664
According to subitem 9.2 of Item 9 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of November 23, 2017 No. 7 "About development of entrepreneurship" and for the purpose of enhancement of activities of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing the economic and other activity connected with emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for issue of permissions to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air, introduction of changes in them and (or) amendments, suspension, renewal, prolongation of effective period of permissions to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air, the terminations of their action approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 21, 2009 No. 664 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 133, 5/29803; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 17.01. 2015, 5/39992), following changes and amendments:
state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. Receipt of permission to emissions is necessary in case of operation by the applicant on the property right, economic maintaining, operational management, lease or other legal cause of stationary sources of emissions in case according to the inventory report of emissions of pollutants in total atmospheric air gross emissions constitute more than three tons per year or gross emissions of pollutants of the 1st class of danger constitute more than ten kilograms a year.";
the fifth parts one of Item 31 to add the paragraph with the words "or complex nature protection permission";
to exclude from appendix 1 to this Provision of the word "L. S.";
in appendix 3 to permission to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air of appendix 2 to this Provision:
