About modification and amendments in some resolutions of board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and addition to the following resolutions board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2009 No. 10 "About approval of document forms and the Instruction on format of documents of the personified accounting" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 174, 10/116; 2010, No. 123, 10/134; 2012, No. 25, 10/155; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 05.12. 2012, 10/162; 28.12. 2013, 10/171; 26.11. 2014, 10/193; 02:07. 2016, 10/218; 31.03. 2017, 10/228; 12:12. 2017, 10/234):
in the name of the word "approval of document forms and" shall be replaced with words "establishment of document forms and approval";
in Item 1:
replace the word "Approve" with the word "Establish";
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"form of the explanatory note to the packs of documents of the personified accounting containing the PU-6, forms according to appendix 3;";
to exclude the paragraph of the seventh;
to exclude from appendix 2 to this resolution of the word "L. S.";
to state appendix 3 to this resolution in the following edition:
