About measures for further streamlining of movement of goods by physical persons through customs border
For the purpose of streamlining of movement of goods by physical persons through customs border, ensuring compliance of conditions of customs clearance of goods to the commonly accepted international standards, simplification of customs procedures and formalities, and also creation of optimum conditions for the physical persons crossing customs border:
1. Establish:
a) limit rates of import to the republic physical person of the goods which are not subject to taxation by customs payments in the amount of:
2 000 (two thousand) US dollars - when crossing customs border through the international airports of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
1000 (one thousand) US dollars - when crossing customs border through railway and river check points of Frontier of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
300 (three hundred) US dollars - when crossing customs border through road (pedestrian) check points of Frontier of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
1000 (one thousand) US dollars during one calendar quarter - for the goods arriving to physical person in the international express departures;
100 (hundred) US dollars - for the goods arriving to physical person in the international mailings.
b) import regulations to the republic physical person of separate types of the goods which are not subject to taxation by customs payments according to appendix No. 1;
c) limit rate of export from the republic physical person of goods without submission of the customs declaration in the amount of 5 000 (five thousand) US dollars;
