"According to the paragraph the fourth article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2013 "About trade secret" and the paragraph the second "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About information, informatization and information security" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2014
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for putting down of restrictive signature stamp "For office use", signature stamp "Trade secret" and record keeping according to the documents containing the office information of limited distribution and information which is trade secret.";
1.3. add the resolution with Item 4-1 of the following content:
"4-1. And record keeping according to the documents containing information which is trade secret to assign the organization of work with the documents containing information which is trade secret, control of procedure for putting down of signature stamp "Trade secret" to heads of state bodies.";
