In pursuance of the paragraph of the fourth of article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2013 "About trade secret" and paragraph two of part one of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2014 No. 102-Z "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About information, informatization and information protection" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 16-Z

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for putting down of restrictive signature stamp "For office use", signature stamp "Trade secret" and record keeping according to the documents containing the office information of limited distribution and information which is trade secret (is applied).

2. Determine the list of the data relating to office information of limited distribution according to appendix.

3. To the state bodies, the state organizations, other legal entities, the organizations who are not legal entities to perform reference of data to office information of limited distribution according to appendix to this resolution, and also in the cases provided by the laws of the Republic of Belarus and decisions of the President of the Republic of Belarus if these data are not subject to reference to the state secrets and classification according to the legislation on the state secrets.

4. And record keeping according to the documents containing office information of limited distribution to assign the organization of work with the documents containing office information of limited distribution, control of procedure for putting down of restrictive signature stamp "For office use" to heads of the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and Minsk Gorispolkom.

Grant to these heads the right if necessary to develop and approve departmental lists of the data relating to office information of limited distribution on the basis of the data specified in appendix to this resolution.

4-1. And record keeping according to the documents containing information which is trade secret to assign the organization of work with the documents containing information which is trade secret, control of procedure for putting down of signature stamp "Trade secret" to heads of state bodies.

5. Recommend to heads of the state bodies which are not specified in item 4 of this resolution, legal entities or to persons authorized by them, the organizations not being legal entities, to exercise control of procedure for putting down of restrictive signature stamp "For office use" and record keeping according to the documents containing office information of limited distribution and also if necessary to develop and approve departmental lists of the data relating to office information of limited distribution on the basis of the data specified in appendix to this resolution.

7. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.

8. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
