In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 7, Article 599; 2010, No. 4, Article 276, No. 10, Article 841; 2013, No. 11, Article 1302; 2014, No. 4, Article 342; 2015, No. 8, Article 903, No. 12, Article 1439; 2016, No. 2, book II, Article 221; 2017, No. 2, Article 140) to make the following changes:
1. Add with Article 1.0.11-1 of the following content:
"1.0.11-1. the payment instrument - the means provided for introduction of payment for travel in electronic procedure by the buses transporting passengers along regular intracity (raionwide) routes;".
2. In the first offer of Article 22.3 after the word "(ticket)" to add with words "(except as specified introduction of payment for journey in electronic procedure)".
3. In Article 28.2 after words "luggage receipt" to add with words ", or introduction of payment for journey by means of the payment instrument".
4. In Article 28.3 after the word of "(tickets)" to add with the words "and payment instrument", after the word "sale" to add with words ", including possibility of transfer of funds for the payment instrument".
5. In Article 31.0.1 after the word "acquire" to add with words "(except as specified introduction of payment for journey by means of the payment instrument)" and in this Article shall be replaced with words the word "and" ", or in case of introduction of payment for journey by means of the payment instrument".
