About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2014 No. 117

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2014 No. 117 "About implementation of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, Art. 916; 2017, No. 73, Art. 2247, No. 84, Art. 2568, No. 86, Art. 2613, No. 95, Art. 2899) following changes:
to add subitem 4-2 of Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"equipment, software, works and services necessary for upgrade and ensuring smooth functioning of the information and telecommunication system "The Unified State Register of Declarations of Persons Authorized on Accomplishment of Functions of the State or Local Self-government";";
the paragraph one of Item 2 after words of "National telecommunication network and ensuring cyberprotection" to add with words", equipment procurements, the software, works and services necessary for upgrade and ensuring smooth functioning of the information and telecommunication system "The Unified State Register of Declarations of Persons Authorized on Accomplishment of Functions of the State or Local Self-government".
