About modification of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 11, 2018 No. 14

Make change to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 11, 2018 No. 14 "Some questions of use of means of the government budget for provision of the one-time monetary assistance to members of families of persons whose death is connected with participation in the mass actions of public protest which took place during the period from November 21, 2013 to February 21, 2014, and to persons who received bodily harms, beating, torture during participation in the specified shares", having added it with item 4 of the following content:
"4. Grant to the Ministry of social policy power of decision concerning payment of the one-time monetary assistance in limits of the budgetary funds provided on such payment, to parents who jointly did not live with persons whose death is connected with participation in the mass actions of public protest which took place during the period from November 21, 2013 to February 21, 2014 included in the list specified in the paragraph the second Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 28, 2014 to No. 76 "About social protection of members of families of persons whose death is connected with participation in the mass actions of public protest which took place during the period from November 21, 2013 to February 21, 2014, and also persons to whom the rank the Hero of Ukraine for civic courage, patriotism, heroic upholding of the constitutional basic principles of democracy, human rights and freedoms, dedicated service to the Ukrainian people is posthumously given the advantages found during the Revolution" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 28, Art. 790; 2015, No. 62, Art. 2027).".
