Procedure for provision of the one-time monetary assistance to members of families of persons whose death is connected with participation in the mass actions of civil protest which took place during the period from November 21, 2013 to February 21, 2014 and to the faces which sustained bodily harms, beating, tortures during participation in the specified shares.

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 28, 2014 No. 76 "About social protection of members of families of persons whose death is connected with participation in the mass actions of civil protest which took place during the period from November 21, 2013 to February 21, 2014, and also persons to whom the rank the Hero of Ukraine for civic courage, patriotism, heroic upholding of the constitutional principles of democracy, human rights and freedoms, the dedicated service to the Ukrainian people shown during the advantage Revolution" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 28, the Art. 790, No. 52, Art. 1390 is posthumously given; 2015, No. 62, Art. 2027; 2017, No. 67, the Art. 1996) changes which are applied.

Grant to the Ministry of social policy power of decision concerning payment of the disposable monetary assistance in limits of the budgetary funds provided on such payment, to parents who jointly did not live with persons whose death is connected with participation in the mass actions of public protest which took place during the period from November 21, 2013 to February 21, 2014 included in the list specified in the paragraph the second Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 28, 2014 to No. 76 "About social protection of members of families of persons whose death is connected with participation in the mass actions of public protest which took place during the period from November 21, 2013 to February 21, 2014, and also persons to whom the rank the Hero of Ukraine for civic courage, patriotism, heroic upholding of the constitutional basic principles of democracy, human rights and freedoms, dedicated service to the Ukrainian people is posthumously given the advantages found during the Revolution" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 28, Art. 790; 2015, No. 62, Art. 2027).

Procedure for provision of the one-time monetary assistance to members of families of persons whose death is connected with participation in the mass actions of civil protest which took place during the period from November 21, 2013 to February 21, 2014 and to the faces which sustained bodily harms, beating, tortures during participation in the specified shares

1. This Procedure determines the payment mechanism of the one-time monetary assistance to members of families of persons whose death is connected with participation in the mass actions of civil protest which took place during the period from November 21, 2013 to February 21, 2014 and to the faces which sustained bodily harms, beating, tortures during participation in the specified shares (further - benefit), and also the list of the documents necessary for purpose of such help.

The benefit is paid in the amount of, the stipulated in Article 4 Laws of Ukraine "About establishment of government assistance to injured participants of mass actions of civil protest and members of their families", taking into account earlier paid amounts of means in previous years according to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. The benefit is paid:

to members of families of persons whose death is connected with participation in the mass actions of civil protest which took place during the period from November 21, 2013 to February 21, 2014 (further - mass actions of public protest), included in the list provided by the paragraph the second Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 28, 2014 No. 76 "About social protection of members of families of persons whose death is connected with participation in the mass actions of civil protest which took place during the period from November 21, 2013 to February 21, 2014, and also persons to whom the rank the Hero of Ukraine for civic courage, patriotism, heroic upholding of the constitutional principles of democracy, human rights and freedoms, the dedicated service to the Ukrainian people shown during the advantage Revolution" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 28, Art. 790 is posthumously given; 2015, No. 62, the Art. 2027), - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 11, 2018 No. 14 (further - the list of the died (died) persons).
