About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – Item 9) article 3 of the Law on the state fee No. 1216/1992 (repeated publication: 2004, Art. No. 53-55, 302), with subsequent changes and amendments to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with subitems with-1) and e-2) of the following content:

Art. II. – Article 8 of the Law on procedure for calculation of payment for notarial services No. 271/2003 (2003, Art. No. 141-145, 576), with subsequent changes and amendments, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (1-2) following content:
"(1-2) Amount of payment for the certificate of purchase and sale agreements of housing and the agreements of mortgage signed within the state program "First house" is established in the amount of 0,1 of percent of cost of the transaction.".
Art. III. – In the Executive code of the Republic of Moldova No. 443/2004 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 214-220, 704), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following additions:
1. Add Article 11 with the Item l-1) of the following content:
