the multidisciplinary and antitubercular organizations with capacity at least 200 beds and polyclinics with capacity at least 250 visits per shift, instead of emergency and subject to demolition, creating threat in restriction of availability of medical care;
the centers of production of blood, its components and medicines for the local organizations of health care;
