To the teachers of the state organizations of education having the document on passing of the international examination (test) for knowledge of English of APTIS, IELTS, TOEFL, CEPT, FCE, EMI, TKT CLIL with confirmation of level not below B1 according to the all-European scale of CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference - the All-European competences of foreign language skills) or having the language competences allowing teaching objects in English according to appendix to the diploma, and realizing training programs of the main secondary and general secondary education in one of objects of physics, chemistry, biology, information science in English, makes surcharge in the amount of 200% of basic official pay rate. Charge of surcharge is made since September 1, 2017.".
2. To department of budgetary planning of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan () in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide Dzhakipova S.A.:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
