Rules about calculation of the salary of employees of the state organizations of education financed by budget funds

1. General provisions

1. Compensation of pedagogical employees of the state organizations of education is made, proceeding from the established tariff charges (official pay rates) in month taking into account increases, surcharges and the actual amount of pedagogical work.

2. The academic load among pedagogical workers is distributed, proceeding from amount of school hours by the curriculum, security with pedagogical personnel and other specific conditions in the relevant organization of education.

The right to distribute pedagogical academic load is granted to the first head of the organization of education who bears responsibility according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 27, 2007 "About education" (further - the Law) for its reality and high-quality accomplishment of the established amount by each teacher, the teacher, the tutor and other pedagogical worker.

1) since September 1 of academic year if other is not provided by Rules and conditions of carrying out certification of civil servants in education and sciences, and also Rules and conditions of carrying out certification of the pedagogical workers and persons equated to them holding positions in the organizations of education realizing general education training programs of preschool, initial, main average, general average, educational programs of technical and professional, postsecondary education, approved by the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 27, 2016 No. 83, registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 13317, in case of assignment of qualification category;

2) from the date of increase in length of service;

3) from the date of assignment of honorary title;

The tariff charges (official pay rates) in month of teachers, teachers, tutors and other pedagogical employees of the organizations of education are paid according to normative academic load in week and established, proceeding from costs of their working hours in the astronomical clock. Short breaks (changes) provided between lessons (occupations, lectures) are working hours of the teacher (the teacher, the additional education teacher and other pedagogical workers).
