About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. Provide to the Ministry of Finance in three-months time carrying out competitive selection of authorized banks through which pension payment, the monetary assistance and the salary to employees of budgetary institutions will be performed.

1. According to the procedure of carrying out competitive selection of banks through which pension payment, the monetary assistance and the salary to employees of budgetary institutions, No. 1231 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 26, 2001 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 39, Art. 1762 is performed; 2012, No. 7, Art. 249; 2016, No. 79, Art. 2636):
The paragraph the fourth Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Authorized bank - the winner of tender on the right of pension payment, benefits, the salary to employees of budgetary institutions through current accounts of receivers.";
2) in Item 3:
the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"3. Banks concerning which within the last six months the National Bank did not introduce specific mode of control of activities of bank are allowed to participation in tender and corrective actions in the form of restriction, suspensions or the terminations of implementation of separate types of the transactions performed by bank or in which the state owns share more than 75 percent and which for the period of carrying out tender conform to such requirements, were not applied:";
