1. Make changes and additions to the Rules of preparation and adoption of departmental regulatory legal acts approved by the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 28, 2014 No. 53-mkh (рег. No. 2565 of February 28, 2014) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2014, No. 10, the Art. 110), according to appendix.

2. Make state registration of this order and to Management of state registration of departmental regulatory legal acts to enter the corresponding record in the State register of departmental regulatory legal acts.

3. To management of legal promotion and information to provide publication of this departmental regulatory legal act in "Ўзбекистон to Respublikasi the eve of huzhzhatlara of t¸plama" - "Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the National database of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the first deputy minister N. Zhurayev.

Changes and additions made to Rules of preparation and adoption of departmental regulatory legal acts

1. State Item 68 in the following edition:

"68. The drafts of departmental regulatory legal acts connected with questions of social and economic development, certain spheres and industries of economy and the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan are subject to approval according to the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on the questions connected with foreign trade - with the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on the questions connected with investments - with the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on investments, on the questions connected with foreign policy activities - with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.".

2. In Item 69 of the word "Ministry of Labour" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of employment and employment relationships".
