According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 2, 2017 the No. UP-5177 "About First-priority Measures for Liberalization of Monetarist Policies" Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:
1. Make changes to the Procedure for conducting cash transactions by legal entities with foreign currency in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on March 28, 1998 No. 35 (рег. No. 611 of January 22, 1999) (The bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1999, No. 1), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
