1. In Regulations on the procedure for attraction and development of foreign investments and the credits approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 24, 2008 No. PP-927:
a) the fifth Item 2 to add the paragraph with the words "projects on implementation of modern energy efficient and energy-saving technologies, technologies in the field of development of renewable energy resources according to power service agreements";
b) in appendix No. 1:
add Item 3 with paragraphs of the following content:
"energy saving potential and assessment of economy of energy resources and other expenses due to implementation of modern energy efficient and energy-saving technologies;
