For the purpose of optimization of structure of Council for accreditation of conformity assessment bodies in the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About accreditation of conformity assessment bodies in the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 16, 2006 No. 795 the following changes:
- in the Section III of the Provisions on Council for accreditation of conformity assessment bodies approved by the above-stated resolution:
- replace figures "19", "6", "6", "6" respectively with figures "13", "4", "4", "4";
- in paragraph four of the word "National Institute of Standards and Metrology of the Kyrgyz Republic", research institutions, societies on consumer protection "shall be replaced with words" the center for standardization and metrology under the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic, research institutions, the organization for consumer protection".
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
